I'm traveling to Aruba this week and hope to buy a bag at LV. Does anyone know the if the price of LV is the same in Aruba as in the US? Are there taxes?

Not completely sure now, but it was tax free. Also, there is an older thread related to LV in Aruba...

I believe it is when I was there a few years ago and went into their LV boutique and the prices were the same but don't quote me on that...

Thank you. I'm just trying to figure out if it'll be worth it considering the exchange rate from CAD TO USD right now. We also pay 13% retail tax so just working out the numbers.

I don't know about LV but Gucci prices were the same as in the US when I was there December 2015.
