How to fix misshape?

Does anyone have any recommendations on how I can fix my bag? It's sort of dented in (for lack of better word) where the zipper is.

yup. It's been stuffed and sitting in my closet for 2-3 months now.

Your dent is in a somewhat odd location, but with enough stuffing (and maybe somehow hanging it upside down?) hopefully it'll also be smoothed out. Would love to see "after" results if you manage to fix it!

I saw that thread too. Not sure if it's the same as hers was a crease and mine is sort of smushed in. But I'm going to try this weekend. Will post pics if I'm successful.
