Miu Miu Coffer. Suede attracts dirt like a magnet and personally, I don't care much for logos on anything. The Miu Miu gets my vote.
I vote for #2 as well.
Suede is very difficult to maintain and it is not good for summer.
The handle of the Zucca Spy is the most vulnerable part of the bag. Unlike the compliant leather handle of the two Miu Miu bags, the Zucca handle (made of some wooden material?) may break easily.
Another negative of the Zucca Spy is that it is a hand held bag only. The Miu Miu bags, on the other hand, come with a shoulder strap, which is quite handy.

Those are exactly my thoughts. Additionally, if you're in and out of your bags a lot, the Fendi Spy is tiring. (imo, at least) Can't speak for the Miu Miu on that point as I don't own one, but the Spy just wears me out.
. looks great and it's easier to maintain than the suede one. sorry i'm not a spy fan.
