Does the current Alma BB in DE come with puffy chaps?

Hi, I thought they redesigned the chaps on the Alma's at the same time they did it to the speedy. I just received my Alma bb in DE from online and it has flat chaps so I was just wondering...

2016 Alma BB damier ebene has flat chaps. Puffy chaps only on the vernis, epi and epi electric Alma BB's.
