Does Medium Lady Dior come in grained leather?

Hi, everyone!
I already have Medium Lady Dior in black Patent Leather with GHW and was looking to purchase another one but non-patent. When I was in store I was told that Med Lady Dior only comes in smooth leather or patent and only seasonal bags may have different leather. Smooth leather was very delicate and already had scratches and rubbing ( those were not window items, he brought it from the back)
But just now I saw on Tradesy Med LD in grained leather so I am confused is SA misinformed or its a fake...

Grained leather was released last year and it's limited.

There was a grained black leather that was limited last year. Wish I had gotten my hands on one. Lol
