PayPal Hermes authentication

Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum so please move this moderators if I'm not posting this correctly. I'm hoping to purchase my first Hermes bag privately and will be paying via PayPal. Who would be the best authentication website to use for any PayPal disputes? I only know of Meme's treasures and authenticate4u but I'm not sure if they're the best ones to use for Hermes.
