you can right click on your pic, go to properties and copy the url that it created. then go to the forum and in this space click on the icon that looks like a mountain and copy the url in the space. I am not familar with photobucket in particular but it probably works like the other hosting sites.
all you have to do is copy and paste the IMG CODE
