I believe it's $1685, apparently one of hottest items for fall. If you google Fendi Bag Boy Karlito bag charm or keychain, you will lots of articles on it. And it's a Limited piece of course.
Cara DeLevingne sported it down the runway for Fendi. Here is another photo.
