Is Saks.com selling fake?

Hi,

I bought a 3.1 philip lim from saks.com, however i can not find any MADE IN tags inside the bag everywhere.

I wrote to the 3.1 phlip lim customer service, they shown me one picture about the MADE IN tags should locate.

But i found nothing in my bag.

Is it normal? Thanks.!

I wrote to them and they replied they had MADE-IN tag.
BUT the one bought from saks and bought from barneys are without the MADE-IN tag as well.

I am puzzled.
