I know that many brands make products specifically for the outlet/factory stores and that they don't necessarily just transfer merchandise from the regular store to the outlets. Is this case with Kate Spade or are Kate Spade outlets a medium for clearing out regular stock?

There are several Finley versions. There is a nylon one as well as a Cobble Hill one that I know about, both of which are not MFF but there may be other versions out there. Like I said, you will need to check item number on the tag or do some googling for the particular bag you are looking at.

KS newbie who needs help. I am interested in buying the large Leslie in black with the extra 25 off. Lining color is different from when I saw this bag in a dept store. Called ks and they told me it was not an outlet bag. It would say made for outlet in description if it was. Anyone have this bag and can tell me if they like it and if it can be worn on shoulder. Nervous to buy sight unseen and with no option to return. Hope I posted this in the right spot. TIA!!

Hi, I did a little research for you. It appears that KS indeed made an outlet version of Leslie. Take a look at the auctions on eBay (not my listings).

Black Leslie that appears to be from the full price line (the rim of the interior pocket is leather; no pix of price tag):
http://www.ebay.com/itm/NWT-KATE-SP...033?pt=US_CSA_WH_Handbags&hash=item4ad6efc671

Another one from the full price line (tag says PXRU and has only MSRP listed; no interior pix available):
http://www.ebay.com/itm/NWT-KATE-SP...988?pt=US_CSA_WH_Handbags&hash=item1e8a6b1f0c

Red Leslie that appears to be made for outlet (tag says WRKU and has two prices and the rim of the interior pocket is plain):
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Authentic-K...737?pt=US_CSA_WH_Handbags&hash=item233ce982f9

Although the quality for their MFF line is excellent, if MFF is a big factor for you, then you may not want to make a purchase because there is a big chance that you are getting an MFF.

Thanks for the tips.
