I bought the Amanda backpack from NM and it came without a dust bag. This is my first time buying tory burch. I'm thinking there should be a dust bag? Anyone know?

Usually there is, but I got a pair of shoes from NM that are Tory Burch and they didn't come with the dust bag. All my other shoes that I got from Tory Burch.com and Nordstroms came with it. Maybe that's a NM thing? Call customer service

I emailed customer service and they sent out one right away.
