Has anyone shopped with Monnier freres? I am about to order and wonder how experiences have been? Thanks

I've bought from them once and returned the item (a PS bag)because I didn't love it. I had to remind them to refund me because they were slower to refund than stated on the website but they then apologised profusely and refunded right away.
I would shop with them again but the slow refund worried me at the time.

Ok thanks. I am only concerned that it is not apparent where the items are shipped from. Of course I prefer shipping from my home country. Just like to know.

That's right, I wondered the same thing before I purchased because it's not crystal clear on the website. My bag was sent from France and returned to France.
