i'm looking at preloved siracusa and noticed that if the bag is made in US, it has the fabric tab and the "made in" is not stamped at the interior leather ... is this how it's supposed to be?

There have been threads all about the cloth tags in the bags made in the US, and also how it's no longer stating under the "Louis Vuitton Paris" on the leather piece where it's made.
