Olivia Palermo Made Her Own Emojis to Remind Us That We Are Poor

Olivia Palermo has gone the Karl Lagerfeld route and created emojis inspired by her life.
Lets rephrase that. Someone at Team Olivia designed them, proving that aspirational emojis are now a thing. Quite frankly, we are too poor to fully comprehend what we are looking at.
First we have an Hermès tray that is specifically labeled vintage in the description. Nothing says trash like a new Hermès tray. A little cartoon Olivia is sandwiched in between fiancé Johannes Huebli and Mr. Valentino himself. Although she is looking towards Johanne, we wonder which man she really loves more.
Now if you somehow how managed to forget that Palermo has topped her off her perfect life with the perfect man, there is a giant engagement ring with implied sparkle to remind you. Nothing but flawless for this socialite. And she cant just have a Fendi 2Jours Bag. Hers has to be monogrammed. (We bet you didnt catch that little OP on the tag.)
We suppose we can consider her down-to-earth because she relies on Uber from time to time, but real New Yorkers take the subway. These emojis are on par with Gwyneth Paltrows annual holiday gift guide, and that is saying something. In reality, were just jealous. Keep living it up Olivia, but please no more emojis.

Can anyone ID the sunglasses she's wearing here (she's also wearing them in the recent photos of her walking Mr. Butler)? I've been searching for AGES and can't find a match anywhere!
