Help me pick a great work bag!

Hi friends! I recently started a new job and I'm looking for a great work bag...but nothing that I wouldn't want to carry on the weekends as well. Ideally, it would be large enough to carry a 13" MacBook Air and not too difficult to get into. What are some of your favorites?
