The key charm on my artsy was starting to crack on the leather piece that attaches it to the bag . I went to the lv store and they said as long as you bring in your bag with charm and your bag is in great condition they will exchange the charm right thier for free. If you lose the charm its 255.00 to replace .

They have to be able to pull up your purchase history. They won't do it for a gift or a pre-owned bag.
