Lamb chops

I love lamb...I probably order this protein the most when I go out to eat. However, I love cooking it at home.

Another favorite...tempura cauliflower

I enjoyed this "scallop duo" at one of my favorite tapas restaurant. The first is a seared scallop over a fried tomato and the next is a scallop and shrimp ceviche...

^scallops are my favorite. both preparations look fantastic!

Here is pulpo, which consists of grilled octopus, accompanied with crispy potatoes...

^that sounds so yummy!

^I've never had tempura cauliflower. I'm sure it's incredible (I love tempura veggies...sweet potato is my fav). I'm going to have to look around here for some.
