Food Fall themed party - drink suggestion?

I'm planning a small get together with some friends in a couple of weeks. I am making hot apple cider in the crock pot, the non-alcoholic kind. I kind of want to stick with a theme and do a themed alcoholic drink. Any suggestions?

Maybe mulled wine or sangria? Spiced rum should go well in apple cider if you wanted to do that, or a different drink with rum. I'm also thinking drinks with cranberry, or unfiltered sake. Hot apple pie martinis:

Cinnamon vodka, apple pucker and a splash (or more if it's too strong) of apple cider. Serve in martini glasses rimmed with cinnamon sugar.
