Question about date code on a YSL clutch

I was wondering anyone knew about the date code in a YSL clutch, such as 203855 . 001118, 203855 shows the type of the clutch. How about the following 6 numbers? the year of production ???? Or ......?

there is no date code, one is for model,the other number for the type of leather...this is why same bags have the same numbers - both
