2001-2003, but I bought a black lambskin M/L with shw with the 7XXXXXX from Chanel boutique in 2006.

I bought a bag brand new on March 20, 2003 and it has a serial of 789xxx. I agree with tutushopper and think your bag is around 2002.

2001-2003, but I bought a black lambskin M/L with shw with the 7XXXXXX from Chanel boutique in 2006.

I think back at that time, bags stayed in the Chanel boutiques a lot longer than they do these days, thus I bought a brand new bag in 2006 at a large Chanel store (Tyson's near DC) that has a date stamp of years earlier. Mine is 714xxxx.

I bought a bag brand new on March 20, 2003 and it has a serial of 789xxx. I agree with tutushopper and think your bag is around 2002.

Willeyi's purchase of a later serial number in an earlier year shows this to be the case. Bags didn't fly off the shelves as quickly then.
