No, it's KWS - keyword spamming, considered search manipulation. A listing can't use "Brighton" unless it's a Brighton item.

The seller is using the word “like”. I think as long as you do not claim the thing to authentic, it is not illegal.

It is not "Illegal". It is against ebay's policy. And no, you cannot sell items that are not authentic even if you do not say they are.

Just because you reported the listing, does not mean Ebay will react right away. Sometimes it takes days to get them to do something about it. Sometimes they don't do anything at all. Again, there is nothing "illegal" about it. It is against policy, but legal/illegal has nothing to do with it.

Also, ebay is not going to revise the listing. Ebay will just remove the entire listing.

Just because you reported the listing, does not mean Ebay will react right away. Sometimes it takes days to get them to do something about it. Sometimes they don't do anything at all. Again, there is nothing "illegal" about it. It is against policy, but legal/illegal has nothing to do with it.

And even if ebay doesn't remove the listing(s), that doesn't mean that it's not a violation of the rules.
