SNAD case, Bonanza not responding

I bought an item from a Bonanza seller, it arrived SNAD and the seller will not work with me. I opened a case on Bonanza, got their canned response, but nothing more for 2 days now. Wondering if I'm expecting too much or is 2 days enough - should I go directly to Paypal?
