Help! Need to exchange some Ugg boots...

My mom got my baby girl some adorable Ugg boots for Christmas, but they're too big. She bought them from the Ugg website. What's the easiest way to exchange them for a smaller size? Can I exchange them at a store that sells Uggs?

Do you mean she got them from uggaustralia.com? If so, she can return them and ask for an exchange. (She should have a free return label on her bill that came with the package.)

Yes, but we don't live in the same city so that would involve me shipping them to her first. Not impossible, but I was wondering if there was an easier way.
