Seriously. You are giving me this, right? 'Cause I'm waiting...:P

This is the last and last Balenciaga bag that I purchased and will purchase.
Yes, this sentence is correct. possibly
It's the last one that I bought and it will be the last one that I buy.

At any rate, I absolutely love the leather on this bag but I am having a little difficulty coordinating it with stuff.....so I MADE a pencil skirt that is a warm black/cream tweed with some of this olive brown color in it. So since I dragged out my sewing skills that I put away long, long ago....I have to keep this bag now.

I promise to look for one for you if you want one of these. :hugs:

natural light on both but one from east window and one from west window taken within minutes of each other

Stunning! Who are you fooling, maxx? Not me. This will not be your last Bal purchase. Isn't there at least one more out there that you haven't been able to get. Your "white unicorn" if you will? You are so lucky to have found so many HGs. I seriously need a lesson from you.

I think that skirt looks fab with the bag. I know some people are against it but, I believe black and brown look divine together. I think you could pull this bag off with red, navy, grey and even tans as well.

I really need to learn to sew. That is so great that you can. I always have these visions in my head of things that I want to wear that I can never find. Almost always a year later they pop up. Someone is in my head! ;) Have a wonderful holiday and hope to talk soon!

No really...I am so Balcontent that some day I will even begin to sell a few. But never a pewter one.
Thanks for the color suggestions for this bag. I agree with you about black and brown. It is one of my favorite combinations. Just look at any old master painting. Lots of that going on in Rembrandt. How could anyone be against black and brown together?
Sewing is a bit of a pain...especially if you don't know the terminology. But it can be fun too. If you have someone to explain a few things, then the instructions in the patterns can be understood.
