Help! Color Transfer on my mushroom BS

Help! I've been carrying my beloved mushroom woven baby sage all summer. Now I've been wearing jeans and noticed some color transfer on the back of the bag. I've had these jeans a long time and they have been washed many times. Is there anything I can do to clean it off?

Try baby wipes, if that doesn't work, leather cleaner and moisturizer

Thanks! I actually used some make up remover wipes since I didn't have baby wipes in the house. It worked like a dream!
