Can anyone tell me what kind of model this is? Never seen/heard of it before...it should be a wallet for credit cards and coins, and has the color green.

no, not really, but both original lv Brussels receipts are included, so...and I bought original items from her before.

Seems like a wonderful deal. Perhaps I am overly suspicious but receipts can be faked! I don't mean to spoil your joy but I am always wary of "wonderful" deals. Were the items new or used?

Looks ok to me. The date code reads "MI0988".
