i seriously MISS all you gucci gals! ive been so busy and pooped, i only come on to authenticate. im surprised i had enough time to "socialize" on here lol. oh, and IKWYM! i just hit my 3,000th post! boy does time fly lol.

Hey Papertiger!! :urock::Partyhat::party: Congrats on your 10,000th post!! Wow! :faint: Ok, enough with the party decorations, my pick would be #1 but if I were to acquire one in this market, I would go for the new Jackie. The answer is simple. I love simple lines in a bag with a touch of sophistication and the Jackie is my style, shoulder, carefree and stylish! At the same time I love seeing the BTH bag on others. I just don't feel I have the wardrobe to rock it.

Again, congrats!!

Congrats PT on your 10000th post!!!

I would like to say BTH because it is very Gucci with the bamboo handle and because it's my favourite Gucci style. However I'm going to have to say it's the joy boston because most people associate Gucci with the Boston bag and I think for many people (like myself) their first Gucci happens to be the joy boston.

It's not a surprise that you would like the sumptuousness and the versatility of the New Jackie. I added both variations of the Jackies since it is a very personal point of interest for me. The original Jackie hasn't been around since I bought it about 6 years ago and I think I then tried on every variation of the new Jackie but it never worked for me in either size which was very annoying since they looked so good on others. I am hoping to have better luck with the original version this year.

I have a vintage Boston from the early '80s and a newer Boston (2009) and I know what you mean, they are so easy to use and have that lovely round shape (I always think Gucci do round bags so well) not to mention all those admiring glances :biggrin:

I would say the Gucci iconic bag would be either Jackie or BTH. They are both classic bag that people associated Gucci with. However for the recent years, Joy boston has been a very common style as well. So it is tough call for me.. but I guess I will say Jackie

Contgrats PT for reaching such a cool mildstone...

For me it is a true conundrum because there are to Gucci bags that I consider Iconic..
but first on my list is the Bamboo Top Handle because the same and handle are very unique to Gucci...

hmmm..I"m not sure what the iconic bag would be but I do love all the bags with the big chunky horsebit hardware..Sorry, I know it wasn't on your list...
