After reigning as the darlings of New York Fashion Week, pint-sized celeb couple Joel Madden and his nutrition-deprived gal pal Nicole Richie were spotted making their way through the concrete jungle en route to the MTV set of 'Total Request Live' yesterday.

As for Miss Richie's recent appearance at the Zac Posen show earlier this week? It seems her dramatic celebrity entrance amid hundreds of waiting editors left some feathers very stylishly ruffled.

"It was absurd," one backstage source tells Radar. "She literally created this mob scene by coming through the front entrance, only to walk straight backstage. The only other person who does those faux entrances is Paris."
