Gucci Galaxy Python Bag

Dear All,

Does anyone know how much was the Gucci Galaxy medium Python Bag retail for? I went to Gucci boutique today and saw one for $7000. I thought that couldn't be right, as python are normally cost 3-4k?

I know the large was £2,500 (British pounds) until the price increase and then it went up a few hundred more so the med would have been less.

I would think it would be better to check in the outlets since the bag in question is now over a year old. Gucci stores won't have that info any more and SAs might not be motivated to tell you if they did if you know what I mean?

Thanks PT- unfortunately there's no Gucci outlet here.

Also, the bag with $7k tag was in a Gucci store.
