Is this bag too springy?

I purchased yesterday the Idylle speedy in sepia and i was wondering if you all think it is too springy a bag for this time of year. I had also looked at the black Epi Pont-Neuf bag. I have to decide today since I am going away and have to return if I want the other bag. What do you ladies think? I live in New Jersey so winter is definitely here.

I love epi bags - so return it and go for the epi pont neuf, or even better a brea!

I disagree. I tend to see non-coated canvas bags as spring/summer pieces. I say return it and get Epi Pont Neuf or even the Brea. Good luck with your decision.

I have the Speedy 30 in Sepia and boy does it hold up! Any marks/dirt/gunk, you just wipe off with soapy water and voila! New bag again!

The sepia idylle is gorgeous, and looks fine for all-yr around. I'd say use it whenever u feel like...

Mind u, this comes fr a person that wears white in winter...lol
