Neiman Marcus Website

Hi I hope this is the right subforum. Is anyone having problems accessing the Neiman Marcus website? It keeps telling me it is an outdated link and to click on the new link they give. I then keep getting the outdated blah blah. I have cleared my cache.

I do a Google search and the link I get is the same one. This is bizarre.

Mods move if this is not the right place to ask... Thanks!

No problem here. What web browser are you using? I'm able to get on it from Chrome and IE

I always have been able to get it before - I have Safari. IDK what the problem is. I think I just accessed it yesterday. Hopefully I'll figure it out. Thank you for the input

dang it just isn't working for me. How the heck do I access my Account, CC balance etc. I haven't a clue what is going on

Clear your cookies and cache, close it all down/off and reboot. I bet it'll work.

I just quit Safari and restarted it, probably as you were posting, and it works now

As you can see I am 'puter challenged

I am not having trouble with NM, but I can't access BG for some reason. I did the other day and now it is telling me the URL was rejected and has been doing this for about 3 or 4 days.

Maybe it is a sign? LOL!

^ same here. never had a problem with NM, but the BG url was rejected from time to time. well, I guess BG doesn't want me to shop there anymore, so I stick to NM now ( well they are the same company and have mostly the same stuff so I'm ok with it I guess)
