What color shoes/cardigan/tights with this dress?

I have never bought a purple dress before, but it was on sale and there was only one left in my size so I pulled the trigger and bought it. Now I need shoes and a cardigan and some tights....what color? Thanks so much!

Gorgeous dress! I have a dress in that same color and wore it with silver heels and nude tights, but I'm having trouble envisioning a cardigan with it.

I would wear nude or barely black (sheer black) hose, sexy, strappy black heels and a light-weight black shoulder wrap. Ditch the cardigan idea. Pretty dress, BTW, have fun in it!

I am having a hard time with the cardigan as well....is it too summery to wear it without one even though weather forecast is 64 degrees and I will be inside mostly? Would this work for a wedding or is too flashy?

Yes, a pashmina scarf/wrap. Also, if it's an evening wedding, then I think the dress will work well, not too flashy.
