How to wear body shapers

I got this donna karan one-piece body toner recently, but have no idea what kind of clothes you should wear it under...how do you guys wear something like this? It kind of makes me think of workout gear from the 90's. all it's missing is a leotard!

Any experiences with shape wear like this particular one would be helpful!

I kind of have different types of body shapers for different outfits. This would call for a long slinky dress. Or a shorter dress, treating bottoms as leggings (but not flashing butt).

Lol, this is what I thought. I think you would look good with pants/top over this, but going to the bathroom might be an issue...

Some body shapers have er, pee-holes. Like babies' clothes with buttons and stuff.
