Gaga looks amazing. She got there the same time as a few other celebs did- Paramore, All Time Low (they're not presenting or performing, they're just there). Hayley's dress looks so cute, I'm glad she wore something really pretty this year, her style is so hit or miss with award shows, but its improving.

Those shoes are amazing.

I think its stupid that they gave out those 2 awards during the preshow, especially since the collabs were some of the biggest songs of the year.
