I bought my book on Oct. 30, 2005 for $78.75 from Amazon.com and it was brand new (sealed). I can't believe how much this book is now selling for!!!! I had even told my SA about it back then and she ordered several from Amazon for herself and her co-workers before the LV stores started carrying the book.
