Choose a summer bag, Azur speedy 30 or Totally PM

Summer is coming, I am so tempting to get a new Azur bag, but also wants to keep my budget under $1000, the lower the batter.

I am debating myself in between the speedy 30 or Totally PM.

Any sugguestion? Which one should I get?
