Buyer contacted me about a pair of shoes that her "Husband" purchased. She states that the size is wrong and she wants to nullify the transaction. If I decide to do so, how would that happen so that I can avoid paying the fees for an item still in my possession? This was a BIN purchase. TIA

I'm not sure exactly how to do it, but there is a way to cancel the transaction by mutual request. I'm sure you can search the Help topics.
It's awful that this happened, but at least you won't have to worry about getting the shoes back.

I spoke too soon. My package has been lost, stolen or delivered and never had the person sign for it. I am fuming!
