call and tell them that you want to cancel if you can not get it approves to get the discount today.
They then will take a look of it to see you are qualify or not.
For 20% off, I think they are kind of sting to give it away without any of your effort.
It was happened with me twice. I applied first, it says further process is required. I used another one, and it was the same. So, I called and really wanted to cancel. Told her that there is no scent to have the card without that 20% off. She just somehow said let me take a look of your application, what is your name...and voila
Did you apply for the credit card in person or over the phone? You were able to get 20% off chanel handbag then?
