Yes, it is applicaple worldwide. I filed one on the 5th day.

She actually closed the case and asked for my PP address to send $3 and when I said 'never mind', she was very happy and thanked me for being kind! :weird:

I agreed to cancel the transaction as at least she had the nerve to contact me. I don't think I will hear from her again though.

As i said, there is something wrong with people...

I had 3 unpaids out of the blue last week. Just amazing. Have had a good run up until this week! I hope it settles down again soon.

One of my unpaids, waits until the end of the unpaid process then pays by eCheque... We'll, I'm happy I was paid, but it does not leave a good feeling to have someone win something then effectively not pay until 16 days later.

One of the winners finally paid with apology. So only one left and is definetely getting a NPB strike.
