How to clean enamel bracelets?

If I buy one from ebay that is used and I want to clean it, what is the safest way? Not that I think anyone has cooties, I'm just neurotic that way :shame: Thanks!

Warm water and a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleansers and exposure to extreme temperatures. Most cleansers contain bleachs and ammonias that can alter the color.

The way these break is by the palladium or gold edgings coming off, which is .
SAs advise not to get them too wet....

OMG...this is such an old thread!

I think the best thing to do is to bring it to your local Hermes store to see what they say.
