jax is the main location and telephone number for coach in jacksonville, where you can order directly from coach, rather than visiting a boutique. hope this helps!

I just called to get a tracking # for an order I placed the other day and the number on the website wasn't working. This number, however, is : 1-800-444-3611. I don't know which number goes to what, though.

Does anyone know the hours for either the number on the website or the one I listed above? I'm just curious, I didn't expect anyone to answer when I called, as it's almost 8 pm here.

Jax actually isn't a store, unfortunately. It'd be cool to visit if it was!

Ladies! JAX is the Coach national distribution center and also call center. The Flagship store is in NYC on Madison Ave and 57th. Coach headquarters are in NYC, considering thats where the company first started!!!
