Anyone know if the Burberry SAs are on commission? I just wanted to know if I should try and use the same SA. Thanks.

I wonder why they're so unfriendly at my local Burberry then - hmmm - I do like the one girl that I got something from last time.
Yea, like most SA's - you catch them on a bad day, otherwise they tend to forget they are there to service you -I know I hate RUDE SA's!!!! Especially if they are on commision, if so buy from the website!!!
