To celebrate its 10th anniversary late 2008, the Como group, France's official distributor of the Smart Car, has commissioned 10 units in 10 different colours, clad and upholstered by Hermès craftsmen. They have trimmed the cars interior with Hermès' famous leather and also Toile H (canvas). The gearlever and steering wheel have been covered in signature saddle-stitched leather, with various compartments made in said canvas.
The cars will be produced in the following colours: Ebony, Gold, Charcoal, Orange, H Red, Bright Red, Fuchsia Pink, Indigo, Sky and Lime. The contrasting section of bodywork - the tridion safety cell - is covered with the Toile H. MSRP 38,000 ( $48,500).
