So lovely!! How did you come by them? Have you ever seen leather goods by French? I’m considering going back for a pretty red leather medium satchel handbag. But it needs some restoration and the price is a bit high. I can find only one single (non LV) piece out on the web to compare and no company info.

If you are still undecided, you probably do not love it. Just return it. I will only buy what I love at such prices.

I'd vote small JUC with diamonds or medium juc....I also only have 3 pieces so far, I have Love wedding band, that I wear plain, that's my wedding ring, and also on the left wrist I wear my love cuff and Trinity cord bracelet. I personally would want to add to bracelet stack, but I'm not a big ring person and I don't wear watches...so I'd want to invest into another bracelet for sure...

I purchased tan/black last summer but didn't love it and ending it selling it. I like a pop of color so if I were to ever repurchase this bag, I would go for green or red.

People want a specific color that is no longer available maybe. Not sure about BV but many luxury bags (Hermes for instance) sell for more on pre-loved sites.

I took my Flamenco to the Loewe store on Rodeo because it got some color transfer. The SA was able to remove it on the spot, otherwise I would have had to open a case to get a more thorough cleaning.

Until they stop using glue in the construction of the bag, this problem will persist. You can bring it back to Dior and ask for store credit. You can use the credit for the Lady D'Lite version where this isnt an issue.

I'm considering using muslin, as a cover, with comic book boards, acid free, for structure, and stuffing with acid free paper.

Muslin is used by Foster-Stevens.
Soft sided bags need structure.
Everything is white/natural.
Each custom made.


I only have Coach and Dooney and Bourke, but, I have a lot of them.

Any and all feedback welcome. Especially if I've missed something significant!

I would sell the patent bag. Patent bags don't stand the test of time. Including Dior's patent.

Hi! I had have (had) both leather and canvas NS. I think the difference between them is that the leather ones have a suede lining and because of that it may feel that there is less space inside. The Canvas has no additional lining except for just the back of the canvas material which gives the feeling it has more room.

These are generally considered very comfortable. Mine were comfortable to me to begin with and I heard the same from multiple other people (and I don't wear heels at all, only for special occasions). Maybe you need to size up/ down if you don't feel they're comfortable.

It’s very important yo use 2 kinds of heat protectants if you’re flat ironing your hair. The first one depends on your hair type (a leave in conditioner if it’s fine or oil/balm if it’s thicker). That one is for when you blow dry or rough dry your hair. Then before flat ironing you have to use another one that doesn’t leave your hair wet. You should not flat iron wet/damp hair. Maybe that’s what’s happening to your hair? I use a spray that doesn’t wet it or leave it greasy.
My go to’s are from alfaparf style stories and they work great for me but the smell is strong.
I’ve also used Living Proof’s Perfect Hair Day blow dry cream and it’s great. That line has a spray heat protectant too. The smell is not as strong as Alfaparf.

Hi! Do any mini puzzle fold tote owners use a purse liner/organizer? Which one would you recommend? I assume the organizer would have to be shorter in height so the tote can still maintain its shape.

Also, any ideas on how to make the bag more secure since there is no closure? I’ve seen people use drawstring pouches in other open tote bags but not sure if there’s one that fits the mini tote. Thanks!

The Florentine large domed satchel in Ecru is marked down
to $139 now as part of the Holiday Head Start. I know I paid more.
It's a beautiful handbag, lightweight, and roomy
without being oversized. I have a few bags from this collection,
and the leather is thinner than on a lot of my other Florentine handbags.
But, it's an easy carry and looks great and it is Florentine leather.

I’ve had great luck touching up back edges with edge kote. Has anyone had any good luck touching up more unique colors? There are quite a few different colors of edge kote, but I’m not sure how some of these (Vert menthe, Vert sauge etc) would do. I’d be open to any other brand suggestions as well. Thanks a bunch!

I’m having a similar experience, though not with BV specifically. I placed an order on another brand’s US site around the same time (also showing as in stock), and it’s been sitting in “processing” for over a week now, too. No updates, and customer service just gave a vague “it’s being prepared for shipment” message. Seems like there may be broader fulfillment delays going on lately, possibly post-holiday backlog or warehouse issues? Definitely frustrating when the item shows as ready to ship and the timeline keeps slipping without real updates.

Oh I’m sorry I may have said it the wrong way. An SA didnt tell me this. I found this information through the forum. People in other threads have said that pietersite is only available to vip clients with a lot of prespend. I wish they would open it up to regular folks like me lol
