Hi all, I actually have a hybrid reissue already, I’ve loved it for years without knowing what it was! However I have another that is similar, when I bought it I just loved it and didn’t think much of its quirks! Has anyone seen one before or know what it is? It’s in soft caviar, black hardware and has a woven chain. This isn’t my bag, but it’s the same. Mine is in storage and luckily on much better condition!

I liked the maxi but not enough to buy it- I have too many large sized bags so looking for something a bit smaller! Although the Maxi wasn't as huge as I was expecting!

Hi there...I have both bags (although not in white as I would have a difficult time keeping the bag white) and love both and use both often. That said, I too am a Chanel flap bag lover and find that both these bags should be appealing as they have good weight to them due to the chain just like a Chanel. My only slight issue with the bee bag is that I find it is a wee bit on the small side. I think there is about a 2 inch difference in the length of these bags and so it can be a challenge deciding what will go in the bag when being used. A large phone is too squishy in my opinion or may not fit at all so this may be a concern. Anyway, all in all I think you have chosen two great bags and hope my 2 cents helps!

I recently purchased a vintage small lambskin red classic flap and I noticed that the zipper pull has a leather tab covering it instead of hanging off of it. Is that normal? Has anyone ever seen this before?

I would look through the Alma club page for inspiration. I haven’t used my handhelds in a while, as cross bodies have taken over during the pandemic, but I always wore my Alma pm as a daily bag. It really elevates any outfit. And it is bigger than my usually daily bags, but that is not a problem- better to have too much space than too little.

I vote for MOP because you can find the original guilloche design from traditional jewelry shop in Asia, yes, the guilloche laser like design is from the Asian jewelry shop, in the 80s or 90s, they already has this laser-like design so I would get MOP because it is more of VCA original design.

Ta da, my 12 going on 13 years old new-to-me girl! I filled her w/ a couple of thick textbooks but even without she is upright w/ hardly dents/slouching. Built like a tank but pretty as a rose. I love love this red shade which is bright in the sun but subdued indoors. Former owner must not used her much or was very careful that there is hardly any corner wear.

Natural vs stabilized will not change it’s ability to scratch. Stabilizing is mainly used so that material too brittle to use for jewelry can be used, and also watch out for composite turqoise, I am not sure about it’s hardness. Also, it is extremely hard to tell what is natural vs stabilized.
The formation of turquoise does not happen under pressure like say diamonds, it will never have a hard structure compared to some other gemstones. But it will get less wear around your neck vs your wrist or hand which tend to bump jewelry around. If you are worried about its durability but like blue there are many blue gemstones you could look at.

This may be completely off but I’d worry about the chance the plastic could rest against or lean on my bags over time. I’d worry that would make them stick.

Again, I have zero facts to say that would happen. It would just be a slight concern bumbling through my head.

Very durable! Here’s my 2-year old Saddle (with MCM strap for another purse). Fits cardholder, glasses or sunnies (not both), car keys, phone 11max in back pocket.

I find elongated stones to be very difficult to pair w wedding bands. For me it always worked best to wear the band on the right hand or alone on the left.
