There have been instances when the sticker has pulled off the plating. I think it'd be more of a problem if the bag was kept in a humid or extreme-changing climate.

Rather than warm it with a hairdryer, I would warm your fingers holding a coffee-cup/mug by the body of the cup and then transfer the heat to the plastic. Repeat and see if you can lift. It's more of a targeted approach and there's no chance of accidentally heating the surrounding leather.

I don’t know, but, in the future, I would not attempt to treat it and ask for a manager to explain the situation immediately and in person. Pls keep us posted as to your outcome

ETA: I think that many brands, not just goyard, might be reluctant to accept a return or exchange if a customer attempts to treat. This is bc the original damage may no longer be as readily apparent* and the attempt to treat could cause a different sort of wear and tear (I’m not saying that this is the case here, but rather adding it to my original post in case it helps someone in the future).

*If this were my bag, I would have kept the bag in its original condition (and taken a pic of the original spot) and I would not wait until Tuesday . I wish you the best of luck in resolving this issue !

I've gotten all of my Vintage Alhambra earrings adjusted at the boutique. For some reason, they all fit tight on me and I'm not even the least bit on the heavy side (just fat earlobes I guess!). I have them solder the post to the top hole and adjust the tension if need be.
It's an easy process. Just make an appointment to be seen and the SA will help you figure out what needs to be done. You can either pick up when it's done (usually 2 weeks) or they can mail it to you.

This is a sight rant, sorry, but not really. To the high YSL execs that be, please start having more items in stock. I have TRIED to buy at least 5 different items off the website that are no longer available. These have been classic and new releases. I understand the exclusivity thought, but I also want to be able to buy items that I want. I’ve gone on the waitlist and have been notified at 3-5am that it’s available, only to see its not anymore at 6am. Only to get back on a waitlist! It’s ridiculous that you don’t want my money. This isn’t recreating exclusivity when I see these items on influencers (that probably got it for free) when I’m willing to pay. It’s making me look elsewhere and SPEND elsewhere!

They are in good condition bc you cared for them. Absolutely donate

Hi! No worries. Yes, it could easily fit the items you listed. I carry either a Toiletry 15 or a mini pochette, Victorine wallet, phone, key fob, and sunglasses. It zips up nicely and doesn’t look distorted filled with my items. The rolled handle doesn’t dig into my shoulder. Although I rotate bags regularly it could definitely be a great daily bag if you don’t need to carry more than that. I also bought an insert from Green Tag Inserts on Etsy so the interior stays nice.

Thank you all for replying. I think after a time and seeing different perspectives, it's defintely faded the offence I felt at the time that the experience hardly registers any longer. It's a good reminder that I should enjoy my Serpenti while I can. I still love Bulgari's Serpenti designs and its perfume ranges, and I defintely feel fortunate that I can enjoy something so beautiful.

For those of you who have either the new Pouchette Accessories or the monogram multi-pouchette, can you tell me what the length of the chain is? To be clear I mean that shorter gold chain that usually hangs. I have a really old pouchette accessories and my leather strap is super old and short so I'm trying to replace it with a chain I can find that's closest to the one being sold now.

Does anyone have either the heart link bracelet or necklace that can post pictures? I'm looking to purchase some on a resale site and I'm having a hard time distinguishing the stamping on authentic pieces from those that aren't. I've seen so many different stamps and even "trusted" sites have different stamping. Thank you!

It is, however obviously the designs don’t only feature silver alone. Using my ring as an example there are also two 18k gold bands (and the yellow gold one is very thick) and premium quality white diamonds. I would never pay this sort of price for silver only.

I guess, as with brands such as Cartier, you are largely paying for the name - but in this case I think it’s worth it as the quality is excellent and design very unique.

I don’t wear my ring very often as I try and change up my jewellery on a daily basis, however it has worn very well so far and is still in like new condition.

I love and just purchased this bracelet this week in rose gold! I would go with yellow or rose gold for this bracelet!

I think It’s a great bag that elevates casual looks and is easy to travel with. It fits just the right amount and isn’t too heavy for me. I enjoy them so much that I have two - a small black and pink! I plan to hold on to them forever as a tribute to one of Karl’s last designs.

I actually brought the black with me to Quebec City earlier this year and it was sturdy enough to sustain -20C weather. ☺️

Glad the Piper got back. But sorry it didn't work out for you.
Every detail of a handbag can be a usability issue if it's not right for you.
Sometimes it's hard to figure it all out within the return window,
especially without using the bag.

It always amazes me how some ladies say they haven't had time to unbox
new bags for weeks and they let return window pass. Or they want the purchase
to be a special gift, so they save it unopened. I cringe. Even if we know the
style well, we can't be sure the bag we are getting will be in great condition,
or otherwise meet our expectations.... the color could be different than what we
expect or the design could have been altered.... even if the bag is perfect.
Or maybe we didn't realize the strap attached in a particular way that doesn't work
for us, or the strap is too long/short/narrow/wide.

Yes, I know there are always special
circumstances, but in general, it makes sense to inspect a bag as soon as it
arrives, put your things inside, and test drive it around your house. That's not
a perfect replica of real life use, but it's a good way to see if the bag is right or wrong
for you. And it's hard to know unless you fill the bag with your usual carry items.
No one wants to have to downsize/change what they carry for a bag used on an everyday
basis. That might be ok for a 'dress bag' or special occasion bag, but do we really
use those very often these days? And the more skinny little pouches we carry,
the heavier the bag becomes and the harder it is to find what you are looking for....
if you have to keep changing things around to make them fit into some bags..

I've found that a slightly shorter or narrower base can make all the
difference in what fits and how everyday usable a bag is for me. It doesn't matter what
they post as dimensions, sometimes the design/construction takes away from the interior
space. If I have to stack items vertically or put them on their ends, the bag doesn't
work for me. That might be no big deal for others, so they might not even mention
it in a review or post or video.

I was initially a Jane Yoo fan. Late 80s, mid-90s? Anuschka does something similar nowadays. You probably won’t get much more information - her designs never really changed and were immediately identifiable.

I understand! DY has some thinner ones, but they will be above your price range since they have diamonds. I will post additional ideas if I think of anything.

Hello all, I just got a vintage LV Amazon bag from Whatnot and my heart sank after seeing the inside pocket 😭. on the live before the bid she did say "sticky pockets" but this more or less is fuzzy and black. I did try cleaning it with vinegar, water and acetone with minimal payoff. I left it in the garage with an ozone maker running for a few hours today. Here are pics and I will post more when the cleaning products I ordered get in. Any input on how to fix this issue? And sorry I need take more pics of the back pocket. It's supposed to be brown but it's covered in black fuzz😩

Another vote for the RG Perlee clover ring! I have the sweet version in WG and really like it.

I would just get it authenticated to put your mind at rest. I’m a huge 17B red fan but around 2017 and 2018 there were so many red to choose from so it is possible.
