loreal color sonic

has anyone tried this? looks tempting but I think it's more of a gimmick. and you would be confined the colors they offer - no mixing of colors

E-Boutique SA?

Does anyone have a dedicated e boutique SA ? Lol 😆 know it sounds extremely silly, but I'm wondering if E boutique give gifts or offer holiday pendant .... i ordrred my last purchase from e boutique (via phone) and she was awesome. She followed up with email also to make sure I'm satisfied as well. ..

I have never gotten gifts for holiday pendants ... and this year, I'm going to spend over 30k and my total is over 50k. I know it's not a lot to lot of purseforum folks but I'm kind of sad that I get 0 while I spend so much money. Thanks!
In the country where I reside, people who make purchases from the e-boutique also received an offer for holiday pendants. So please don't lose hope. ;)

Why is there's so little choice in Damier ebene

Does anyone know why there aren't many bags in damier ebene lately? Is the damier ebene being fased out? The SA told me that LV is focusing om monogram and that she doens't expect any new DE bags to be released anytime soon. I've always loved it because it's carefree.
Start looking on the mens side for the Damier Ebene print pattern. I'm going more towards this pattern myself and moving away from heavy logos and the name splattered across the merchandise. The pop collection I didn't like and the multicolor pattern wasn't something I would purchase. LV is showing Damier Ebene on the runway for the women's collection but not bringing these bags into production. Damier Azure is making a larger comeback with new styles. The latest DE was the OnTheGo Tote and just my opinion this is not a very high demand color and print.

What jackets do you recommend for Alaska in June/july (pics and brands please)

I am in Alaska quite frequently so I can give you the entire Alaska wardrobe rundown. I should buy stock in North Face and Duluth Trading.

Generally June/July are the warmer months & I wear shorts but sometimes there is a lot of rain.

As others mentioned, layers are good. I generally wear a tee or standard button shirt with a Patagonia fleece or thick wool Pendleton type or Aran sweater or just a cashmere sweater over the top. I’m a big fan of my wool sweaters because they keep me warm and dry enough for just walking from the car to the building or for walking if it’s just a light spritz.

Xtratuf or Grundens deck boss boots, and always, always bring a rain jacket like a North Face shell or something similar. I have a bunch of various North Face jackets for various temperature ranges. For pants, I just wear whatever yoga pants or jeans, (I like Duluth Noga Yoga pants) and I have North Face rain pants to pull over the top of my pants if it gets really wet. I also keep a down coat in my car for emergencies but you probably won’t need anything that extreme for a cruise. For me, the footwear is key and I cannot recommend either xtratuf or Grundens ankle boots enough. Xtratuf makes a hybrid sneaker boot that is leather with a rubber toe that I really like.

Almost forgot to mention that I have a Columbia Bugaboo which is great and would work great on a cruise because it has a fleece that zips out; the fleece and shell can be worn separately or together. Worn together it’s warm enough for skiing on a sunny day. https://www.columbia.com/p/womens-b...e-jacket-2087821.html?dwvar_2087821_color=609

G lock mini hobo bag

Hello! I discovered this bag too late I fear because I think it’s been discontinued - from what I can see it was released in 2022- does anyone know more? I managed to find it pre owned in black leather but desperately want the denim and red versions but can’t find them anywhere

Does anyone else have this bag? Are you a fan of it? I wish it was a classic, it reminds me of the BV Jodie but less popular / more low key

Gap in Guilloche motif?

Hi everyone!

Got my first guilloche piece and I noticed that there’s a gap on all the sides of the clover under the light. I was under the impression that only the gem pieces had air gaps because they need breathing room. Does anyone else’s guilloche have small gap between the perlee border and the motifs?

Attached is a photo of what I’m seeing. It’s not visible straight on but if I hold it up to light or sunlight I can see gapping. Pls let me know, this is my first piece and idk if it’s normal or not! 🙏
It’s normal. The guilloche is a separate piece from the Perlee that surrounds it so it would be impossible to get it to be a closer cut without it being one piece. Also allows for thermal expansion.

Sully MM 2013 . How is y'all bag holding up?

Hi I have a Sully PM 2012 made in France that I purchased in 2013. It's my daily driver and I have no corner issues or any issues with the strap (thick version) or hardware. Maybe I got lucky! TBH I do baby all my bags though. I keep it stuffed if I don't use it for any reason in the dust bag. Take it in to LV and see what they say. I took by Duomo Damier Abene for a faulty strap that I had used for 8 years and they gave me a credit for what I had paid towards a new bag. I bought the Neverfull MM in Black on Black Empriente

Anyone had any items sent in for repair/service?

I'd Bulgari a phone to call as a reminder that you have been patiently waiting for the adjustment
on your earrings & you would expect them to be adjusted now & sent out to you within 10 days.
Personally, would not bring them to an outside jeweler, JMO
I’ve called every 2-3 weeks for status update. I get the same answer that they are backed up and it’s first come first served basis.

Please help with color

I have Gold, Blue Nuit and Noir in Birkin 30’s all with PHW. The Gris Asphalt is a Kelly 28, PHW. All are in Togo leather. Since I had so much PHW, I wanted to do something a bit different and chose a Birkin 25, GHW for Etoupe. By far the black Birkin is my favorite as it’s just so easy to style and I don’t have to think about it. The gold really is beautiful and I do love it, especially in Spring and Summer. I love it with white to make the stitching pop and with summery type of floral sundresses. For me, hands down, I would choose Etoupe over Gold. I think it’s a more versatile color. Seems like people either really love it or absolutely don’t, with more in the former. You have to decide what works for you regardless of what others think. I also really like that so many of my scarves, sweaters, shoes are either Etoupe or tones of it and Hermes does many scarves that look great with it. We recently moved nearer our children and grandkids and it’s much more casual where we live now. If I use a Birkin/Kelly 50 times a year, it would probably be: Noir (24), Etoupe (17), Blue Nuit (3), Gold (4), Gris Asphalt (2). If the Gris Asphalt were a Birkin, that would change the numbers quite a bit. I did get color transfer on my Gold once. I’m extremely careful, but apparently my denim hadn’t been washed enough. I took it to the boutique and the spa was able to completely remove it. Sorry for the long winded answer, but I do think information gathering is important. Ultimately, YOU need to love it.
