They had no idea and were guessing

thank you so much! I am thinking maybe 1 carat size would be good for his 2nd holesI'm a big fan of moissanite - I have many clear moissanite stones, including the center stone of my wedding set, and love the sparkle. Chemically, it's almost as hard as diamonds, about the same hardness as sapphires, so a great option for jewellery to wear everyday. And they don't cloud over time like cubic zirconia can. Grey moissanite is also super beautiful.
Thank you so much. I've been away so I can't wait to unbox it at home.Congratulations with your accomplishment!! Beautiful way to celebrate 🥂
Here is pic of my graduated tennis and another with my sissy’s single layered. I think the graduated can be dressy as well as casual. Now here’s where it gets tricky. I like a balance with my diamond studs to my tennis necklace as I live in my studs. So I went slightly larger with my bigger stones on the graduated to balance my studs. Then you have to balance that to your bracelets. My larger stones on the graduated start at about .65-.70 pointers and go down from this. My larger studs are 3.4 and smaller 1.20 so it balances.@missie1 ….im also custom ordering a graduated brilliant round diamond tennis necklace. Whats your sweet spot for a necklace that can be worn daily as well on weekends? Is there one that can do both? Or do you think one necklace can’t do it all.
Based on what my SA said - none of the factories in France are currently working on it for some reason - perhaps they're overloaded with other orders. I had to purchase mine secondhand. They're not producing the single row right now? Why!?
An example: I like pleated skirts and came across one in nordstrom that fit perfectly. It was a nice biscuit colored neutral. Well, I brought it home and when I paired it with a thin cream colored sweater, it didn’t go together at all. I tried it next with a patterned peplum top I had but that wasn’t great either. So now this cute skirt languishes in my closet until I can set aside an hour or so to find a good top to pair with it, either in my closet or in the store. This is just one example of a separate that didn’t work. It’s not the only one. I don’t run into this issue when I’m buying a dress - my recent purchase of 3-4 summer dresses was perfection in terms of fit and satisfaction.
Looks great. Enjoy it!Thank you to all who voiced their opinion. I ended up deciding to go with the sapphire and I love this dainty piece!
Well I don’t think it flips less to be honest. When I wear it doubled then you have to twist the chain to turn around the neck and I feel it lets some motif upside down then …I have a 20 motif chalcedony and a 20 motif MoP in white gold. It's not that I don't wear them, but I don't wear them as often as my HP, for example. This is partly because I also have to add an extension so that I can wear them twice comfortably and partly because I usually wear very high-necked clothes in winter and the double 20 motifs look best on bare skin. In summer they will certainly be used more often, but not every day.
Would you say that a tightly worn 20 motif flipps less?
Just a thought looking at it, it seems like it'll be extremely difficult to wear it with any kind of knitwear. Looks like it'll catch on everything and we'll pull threads outHi - does anyone have this bracelet and can you share thoughts. What do you do with the extra links that need to be removed ? Do you think it might be too “flash” for daily wear ?
Pair the boots with dark skinny jeans or leggings in a similar tone to elongate your legs. Add a fitted top or cropped jacket in the same color family to keep the silhouette streamlined. Stick to minimal accessories and wear your hair up to draw the eye upward. Let the boots be the statement piece without overwhelming your frame.OK if you're on the short side you will need to find a way of elongating the legs because these boots, while fabulous are cutting you off and the contrast with your own skin is going to be too dramatic. The shape too, is wide. So it's a challenge.
Therefore I would wear dark blue leggings or dark blue jeans in a body skimming style. That will make your legs appear longer. Carry the colour all the way upwards and wear the same or similar colour top. Do not have sharp contrasts, that chops your body up and makes you appear shorter.
if you want to vary it then graduate the colour, so go from darker to lighter at the top. but only very slight colour graduations not high contrast.
You could for instance, wear hot pants in the same or similar tones over the top of the leggings for a more contemporary take. Vary the texture so go for say a velvet jacket in the same colour, or velvet skirt or hot pants. You can mix that with a silk shirt in similar colour.
Drawing attention to the feet draws the eye down, you want to balance it by having something on your head or face, or have dramatic eyeshadow in the blues but don't go dramatic eyes plus red lipstick it's too much...
The comedian Joan Rivers was very short and she compensated by wearing colourful jackets and dramatic earrings but not dramatic shoes. She wore very simple black shoes and pants most of the time. But you can't do both here so we will minimise the issues.
With these boots they're the hero and you should not have any directly flamboyant competition with that.
So I'd wear your hair up in a simple style and not wear a hat. Maybe electric blue head band, something like that to draw the eye back up to your head and not have everyone looking at your feet. If you have long hair wear a simple beehive.
You can also wear all black or all charcoal grey to soothe the eye and not have dramatic changes. All the drama is with the shoes and you are complementing that. Find the colour and pretty much stick with it and vary the textures. If you can find fluffy ostrich edges in a top in dark blue or similar blue that would be great. But not too flamboyant Click, you want to echo the shoes not compete with them on any level.
The high heels are your friend there too, making you taller. Finally don't worry about trends with tight jeans being out, wear what works for you. If you can't wear tight jeans, wear a skirt but not a long one. keep the colour theme going.
One final thing, you can wear a simple necklace, bracelet or earrings to complement the studs in the boots, just keep it in a similar tone and don't wear all three dramatically. It's a simple echo that you're going for...you need to feel confident and to do that you must understand the style aims here. Enjoy!!
I willThe indentations will lighten over time. For now, store your bag upright without its dust bag in an open space for a few days so that the leather can "breathe".
I think this design will date pretty fast … I think it even looks dated now. A normal black classic will be a better choice
Not a fan. Too much going on, IMHO
I saw this bag in person. It's very pretty, but it gave me "tirolian/Switzerland" vibes.
