Seeking Info on Isabella Fiore Zodiac Collection(s)

I have the small Libra kisslock purse. I am trying to recall what year I got it but I want to say it had to be around 2005. I lived on Maui at the time and a colleague mentioned that all her friends on the mainland were buying them from Saks. It has held up well though haven't used in forever (forgot it existed until I happened to notice this thread). I loved so much, I bought another one in similar tattoo style (not zodiac) that didn't hold up as well...the painted leather still looks perfect but one of the metal pieces of the clasp broke off and looks like chain is discolored.

I don't have any original documentation or anything. I never even knew about the keychains, or other Lily collection with the fairy-like horoscope girls. So pretty, I would definitely snatched up but not much luck finding anything for sale though or even many photos. Found someone who has the keychains on ebay, but unfortunately, for you, Scorpio is out of stock.

That's okay. This is really helpful because I was wondering exactly what year these came out. Any information people have is helpful. I would've never guessed that these were released towards the end of the brand, I was thinking more so in the earlier years. Also, do you mean the keychains by shopping4fun102? yeah Scorpio is out of stock because of me lol I bought the last one. I was super lucky too because there was only one left by the time I had found out about the brand and it's keychains and decided that I really wanted it. I was stressing myself out so much in the following days worrying about someone getting it before me but it was all for nothing because I managed to get it anyway. It's so pretty up close and I still haven't opened it from its packaging. and There's still time for you to get Libra if you want ;)

I actually love both. I like the plain panthere because of its simplicity and versatility, it stacks perfectly with EVERYTHING. The double headed with spots isn't as uniform when stacked with other gold bracelets due to the onyx but if you want a unique and special piece i think this new 2 heads panthere with onyx is nice. I can also feel the weight on the bracelet and i feel it's pretty sturdy even when it's a twist design. I love both but if i can only own 1 piece, I would go with the one with onyx but that is just my preference. Jewelry is very personal.

First VCA Alhambra bracelet

Hi! I hope you are still reading this thread, so I'll share my thoughts.

My answer is yes, get this bracelet! Why?
I saw your other post that you currently wear a Love and JUC.
To me, the Love is the most faked, everyone-has-one, "ick" bracelet, then followed by the JUC.
Yet, you have both, so it seems you aren't worried about people thinking your Cartiers are fake. The VCA is no different.

More importantly, since you have the Love and JUC, this tells me you like wearing logo jewelry to flash the brand name.

That said, I say go for it. Get the VCA 5-motif and flash. The 5-motif is iconic VCA. You will be all about logo-y, look at me brand names, which it seems is what you like.

For what it's worth, of the three bracelets, Love, JUC, and VCA, I think the most beautiful is the VCA 5-motif. It's also not as industrial looking at the Love and JUC, so it's a very different look.

Anyone have both Silver Farandole 120 and 160?

I looked at a Farandole around 10 years ago in boutique but cannot remember which length it was.
At the time I passed as I thought it looked too chunky on me and wanted to compare with the “other’ length to be sure of my choice.
I chose the Confetti which is a 120cm instead but still hankered after a Farandole.

I seriously started the hunt again around 2 years ago and been asking in boutique and stalking online to no avail.

Last week they miraculously appeared online and I ordered both 120 and 160 to enable me to compare.

Having retried them on now my instant thought was it doesn’t look as chunky as I remember.
I don’t know if H has reduced the weight and size or whether it is a mis-remembrance.

I am now torn on length as both do something slightly different.
160 very statement like and versatile against 120 slightly more casual and maybe more wearable.

So would really appreciate opinions whether both would have a place in the wardrobe and to hear if anyone has both and why it was a good or bad decision.
Like all H if I could spread the acquisition out over a period of time that would probably be sensible but I fear I may not see another one for another 2 years or if at all.

I could use both sizes. I have the 120 and I wear it a lot. It’s a great size to drape on a b25. I wear it single, doubled and on my bags. It can be worn as bag chain on a pochette, I haven’t tried that yet. The 160cm would work better for a belt and can be tripled. I could truly find uses for both, it’s such a versatile necklace and pairs beautiful with hermes RTW.

Help finding a crossbody

Bracelet and ring sizing help with summer swelling

Hi everyone! I recently moved to a hotter climate and noticed that my wrists and fingers swell in the summer... so the VCA alhambra bracelet I usually wear on my right wrist fits better on my left wrist in the summer heat. Should I re-size my bracelet so it's slightly bigger? Or keep the size so it fits perfectly in the rest of the year?

I am planning on getting a perlee ring for my index finger on my right hand, and I have a similar dilemma with two different sizes - one that fits perfectly in the summer, and one that fits perfectly in months apart from the summer...

How do you guys handle swelling and what would be your advice for me? Thank you!

New Gucci Exhibition in Florence

Most of these pieces come from the Gucci archive (also kept in Florence). When de Sarno was appointed CD a couple of years ago and Gucci promoted Gucci Cosmos in different cities, we saw the same pieces just under a different theme.

It was amazing to see the Tom Ford for Gucci pieces, but it was even more amazing to see the 1960 and '70s RTW.

The '69' sig print cape came from a PR stunt credited to Paolo Gucci in 1969. His idea was to use 1969 to promote the signature luggage print he evolved (from his grandfather's diamond pattern). That's why all the first pieces were in canvas, it was the material they used for the luggage. The stunt show became so popular that Gucci (re)created the pieces and variations thereof the following year but more in printed suede and velvet. Bonhams sold a cape (prob. 1970 - even though it is dated 1960s by the 'experts' it is far more likely to be post- PG GG PR-stunt).

For those wondering about the weight, while they are definitely heavier than say the 2M pave/grey MOP earrings, I've had these on the whole day and they are really comfortable.
