What does the Suzette look like?

Did anyone find it odd that the description also read: Bat and ball charms. Split keyring included.

You have to click “View More” in the details to see it.n I am guessing it is an error. I agree that it is probably a large tote - with nothing to do with baseball.
Very strange. I know bag charms are in fashion.... but I agree,
that seems like and error in the description. Hopefully the dimensions
are accurate.

Going to Florence

Hi,
I am going to Florence and would love to buy a bag from the Flagship store. They are very "Hug" heavy right now and that bag is just not for me. I'm curious if this store might have archival or bags that are not on the website. Has anyone been there?
They’ll likely only have the latest and greatest but the outlet is phenomenal! Highly recommend going to the museum

I will soon be getting some of my collection back.

I’m not as knowledgeable about Rebecca Minkoff as certain other brands, so I’m not too sure if any of them would be classed as old school… although I think the M.A.C is? Please correct me if I’m wrong. Some of them you can tell are used, some of them are brand new because I just never got the chance to use them.
I have:
- Jumbo Love Quilted Crossbody, black leather with I don’t remember the name but it was a darker silver HW, don’t remember size, but I think it was about 12” W x 7.5” H x 4” D
- Chevron Quilted Zip Love Crossbody, black leather, multi-coloured HW (that one is new, but I’m not revealing it until I get my collection!) 10”W x 6.25” H x 3” D
- M.A.C with Zips, olive green leather, brass HW. 10.5” W x 7.5” H x 2” D
- MAB Mini, black leather, SHW, 9” W x 5” H x 5” D
- What I think is a MAB (can’t remember size, but larger than one above), brown leather, SHW
- One I have no idea of name, but it’s a browny-red leather, GHW, it’s as thin as an envelope, but it fills more than you would think in.
Off-topic, but I’d be happy if I’m allowed to show you my Ted Baker bags too! They’re gorgeous.
I'd love to see all of them!

Tiffany T True Narrow Hinged Bracelet review

Thanks for sharing your experience. The Tiffany bracelet has a double locking mechanism. On a few random occasions, it has opened. Typically you can feel it open bc of its oval shape. That said, one more additional lock would give me additional comfort. I am looking forward to requesting a figure 8 clasp as a back up
I hope it solves the problem!

Need help deciding! Low key pm or YSL 5 a 7

I haven’t treated mine with anything and it’s held up wonderfully. I don’t generally treat my regular tanned leather bags though. I have had this bag in downpour rain and it didn’t sustain any damage at all. I usually carry tanned cowhide leathers in weather as they are so durable and rarely sustain any damage.
I’m not sure you would need to treat it since it is a tanned leather and not a vachetta type raw leather. Someone may know what you could use but I haven’t heard anything about it. I hope you can find an answer for your peace of mind 😊
Your new bag is beautiful on you!!!
That is so good to know. Thank you! :hbeat:

Birkin care

Maybe not what anyone else would do, but here goes.....I would use the bag as much as possible and not exactly abuse it, but not worry about it. Stuff it under an airplane seat or above. Fill it up when you need a tote, knock it around so that the rest of the bag would start to blend in. Try to channel Jane Birkin. Here is my beater Birkin.
I still love the image of that bag! (Thank you for posting it and for sharing your excellent approach to Birkin use.) Is it Ardennes leather? A B40?

How do Hermes bags find themselves on the resale market?

You have to declare and pay duty when you bring bags to the US. It’s still cheaper even after duty tax. Also SA in France don’t care about commission like in the US. And I’d doubt store manager would risk in France to work with reseller. While here in the US it’s being known for a fact that some managers was caught doing that. At least it was a rumor that was a reason why manager in Miami was fired few years ago?
It's still significantly cheaper to buy in Europe even with duty tax - US also just had a price increase in May due to tariffs while the ROW didn't. I would think very few resellers are explicit about it (hey I am buying this bag so I can flip...) so I am not sure the SAs know...

Recommendations for clean mascara, please

I ordered this from Amazon as they have a return policy. It’s got a very good rating for safety on the EWG website. Thank you so much for this recommendation!🩷
My pleasure! I usually order directly from the Westman Atelier website as you can choose two samples with each order, plus shipping is free (I’m in the U.S.)

Asking a store to hold an item (don’t want to commit a faux pas!)

You’ve managed to put into words why I’ve felt vaguely uncomfortable about just asking the store. I am very susceptible to pressure in sales situations so I am worried that if they accommodated my request, then I’d feel obligated to purchase the item, or one of similar price, even if it isn’t quite right in person.

Maybe the correct answer here is to just cross my fingers that no one else will snap it up. If it’s meant to be, it will be…?? 😕
I only ask for a hold if I'm certain I will buy. If I am not, then what will be will be. No pressure to purchase.

There is always something else to buy 😅

Nano Luggage: Was antique rose, lychee and terracotta the same shade or very close?

I have seen terracotta and antique rose in person. Terracotta is a warm chameleon-sometimes it looks more orange and others, more pink-almost a salmon color. Antique rose is exquisite. It is cooler, with an almost plum undertone. I'm not a pink person at all, but contemplated a nano belt in antique rose. I am not sure if I ever saw lychee in person. If I did, it did not make an impact on me, personally.
Thank you so much!! This helps!
